IT'S ALIVE!!!!
On Friday March 4th, 2011 Boomers Beer gave birth to it's first brew. Our own Jason Garrett, soon to be known as Master Brewer Jason Garratt, breathed life into an American Pale Ale. This gave us the opportunity to test the pilot plant and what a test it was. Resulting in yet more modifications and more gear being ordered to help us refine the process. So when is the first tasting? Fermenting should be complete by Saturday March 12th at which time forced carbonation will occur and tasting will commence so please hold all our calls Saturday arvo! Better still Boomers long anticipated signature Rye Beer will be commenced on this afternoon (Friday March 11th) so standby!
